It’s with a sad heart that we are offering our lovely caravan for sale. It’s a 2007 model (I preferred the upholstery on this one) but was bought brand new in August 2008.
We use it on a seasonal pitch and so it’s been towed for less than 100 miles! We’re including the seasonal pitch awning, water and waste containers, hitch lock, stabiliser and wheel clamp but remember that the awning is in full use all season and so will not be pristine. The lightweight gas bottles are included as is an old, but usable fold-up picnic table plus a collapsible storage unit.
It’s an Avondale Dart 510-5, which means it’s 5.1 metres long and is a 5 berth. It has a stowed away double bed at each end with an additional bunk over at the diner end. At the lounge end the two ‘sofas’ can be used quite comfortably as single beds if that’s preferred.
The diner end bed can be curtained off for extra privacy and it’s quick and easy to stow away the table top and leg to set up the bed.
The caravan has a light and airy feel to it aided by the tilt and slide sunroof.
The compact kitchen area is pretty much as you would expect with sink, draining area, 3 hobs, oven and grill.
The bathroom contains the good old cassette toilet, small sink and shower head.

The caravan is currently set up on it’s seasonal pitch (which runs April – End October) and is located here at River Meadow Caravan Park, Minffordd, Llangadfan, Welshpool, Powys, Mid Wales, SY21 0PL.
The location is spot on and we’ve loved it here, the only reason we’re selling is that we’ve decided to trade up to bricks and mortar – we love the area that much. I’d suggest that you arrange to view the caravan in it’s present location, we can arrange to meet you there and show you around.
